On May 22, Dato' Tony Khor, President of the Federation of Motor and Credit Companies Associations of Malaysia (FMCCAM) and recipient of the State Loyalty Medal, visited the Shenzhen headquarters of Top Service with Lin Khor, CEO of eAutoGen, for an in-depth exchange and site visit. They were warmly received by Vincent, Executive Vice President of Top Service, along with Vice Presidents Dragon and Tim, and their team. The two sides engaged in deep discussions around the innovation and development prospects.

As President of FMCCAM and Chairman of the China-ASEAN Automotive Industry Committee, Dato' Tony Khor has made significant contributions to transforming the automotive trading model in Malaysia. During the exchange, he shared the success story of the region's first “10-Year Extended Warranty Program” for used cars—a comprehensive coverage plan that has significantly boosted consumer confidence in Malaysia's second-hand vehicle market. In addition, the eAuto platform he founded has optimized the traditional vehicle trading system in Malaysia, enabling two-way matching of information and supply-demand, saving over 1 billion MYR in transaction costs.
Top Service presented its decade-long industry experience and expertise in areas such as actuarial design of extended warranty products, claims system development, and nationwide service network integration and management. Dato' Tony Khor highly recognized these capabilities and noted that Malaysia’s used car market sees an annual transaction volume of approximately 1.5 million vehicles. With the upcoming introduction of a “Lemon Law” in the country, there is a pressing need for efficient and reliable extended warranty solutions, as current services still fall short in coverage and claims efficiency. He looks forward to in-depth collaboration with Top Service to address these needs.EAutoGen CEO Xu Linhui also stated that Top Service would provide strong support to eAutoGen in areas such as risk data analysis and claims management. Top Service likewise expressed a positive willingness to collaborate, emphasizing that it would fully leverage its strengths to jointly explore innovative service models tailored to the local market with Malaysian partners.

The meeting concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration. Top Service looks forward to working hand-in-hand with Malaysian partners to elevate service quality in the Southeast Asian used car market and to pioneer new paths for China's automotive aftermarket services.
